It is extremely laggy, it doesn't connect automatically, and at times it just disappears and reappears for prolonged periods of time. I have tried the wifi update suggested on your website, but it says I have the latest software installed. I am seeking your advice on the matter; should I return this one and request a new one or should I just return it and pay the difference for a higher model? My phone is the Samsung 23 Ultra.
